Highlights of What We Did during the Years 2013/2014 with Your Help

  • Activity2013-2014-1Painted the scout room to give a “look and feel” feel for the Scout Room. The RCOSA wishes to thank Mr. Uditha Senarathna , Mr. Ashan Asmone, Mr. Mahesh Wijesinghe, Mr. Ayantha Randika and Mr. K.C. Jayanetti for their contribution.
  • Activity2013-2014-2RCOSA introduced “B.P.R. Perera Shield and Medal” for the Best Scout of the Gold Troop which was awarded to Scout Duvindu Induranga at the Achievers’ Night of 2013. The Shield and Medal were donated by Old Scout Widura Ranawaka.
  • Activity2013-2014-3RCOSA completed the Quatermaster Project by donating 40 staves to the Troop.
  • RCOSA actively participated by assisting to secure a place and other infrastructural facilities for the Annual Camp of 2013 which was held at Embilipitiya.

  • RCOSA organized a Leadership and Personality Development Programme for the Patrol Leaders on 05th and 06th October 2013 at the College Premises.

 
  • Activity2013-2014-5RCOSA continued to conduct a scouter-a-day programme with the resource person of Scout Dr. Asanka Saparamadu
  • RCOSA provided resource personnel to conduct the Patrol Leaders and Instructors Training Programme and Lt.Col.M.K.J.Cantlay Challenge Shield.
