Annual award ceremony of the Gold Troop, “Achiever’s Night” was held on 27th August 2017 at the Royal MAS Arena. RCOSA extended their support to the 42nd Colombo Gold Troop organizing this event and organized and sponsored the Fellowship Dinner which followed the award ceremony. Chief of the Defense Staff, Admiral Ravindra C Wijegunaratne was the chief guest of this event and the Instructors and Scouts of the Gold Troop did a splendid job organizing this event. RCOSA also conducted the interviews for the B.P.R. Perera Challenge Shield and sponsored for the Medal for the Most Outstanding Scout of the Gold Troop.
