As yet another initiative of the RCOSA, a Leadership Training Programme was conducted in October 2018, in Balangoda, at a site owned by the veteran old Mr. Widura Ranawaka. The scouts who took part had gained a lot of insights and training on Leadership, team work and strategic thinking during this OBT programme.
