Buzzard Patrol wins the 23rd Lt.Col M.K.J.Cantlay Challenge Shield -Inter Patrol Competition Camp 2008 which held February 2009,lead by scout Nisal Padukka.

The toughest camp in our troop calendar held annually to crown the best of the best.Cantlay Shield competitions was started in 1986 and the shield was donated by Mr.S.Kongahavitage, to be awarded the winners of the event. This shield is named after Lt.Col.M.K.J.Cantlay, who found scouting in College in 1944.Great leadership, Team Effort and commitment will take anyone towards winning this remarkable event.
