Since found in 1944 by Lt. Col. M.K.J. Cantlay, Royal College Scout Group has grown by leaps and bounds, inheriting a Solomon Legacy of 68 years.
Gold, Green, Diamond, being the three brother troops, Scouts of Royal, learn to play the game of life through the movement introduced by Lord Robert Stephenson Smith Baden Powell of Gilwell a century ago. Scouts of Royal boast of their record in producing quality scouts who became and will become Great Sons of Mother Lanka gracing her name all over the world.
We being the part of the family WOSM the World’s largest Youth Training Organization, train boys on leadership, life skills, crafts of backwoods and the sense of team spirit through our splendid year calendar of Outstation Camps, Training Camps, Trips, Mountain trekking and also through our day to day scout training.
“Youth, the leaders of today, not tomorrow” that’s what we believe in. Leadership is to be experienced rather than to be learnt by heart.
